What to Expect
Your Cellulite journey
Cellulite Mapping Assessment
Your clinician maps the affected areas and grades cellulite severity (mild, moderate, or firm) to determine treatment duration per session and energy settings.
Treatment Zones
One or two areas are treated per session — typically one of: thighs & hips, abdomen & flanks, upper arms, or calves. Multiple areas can be treated over subsequent weeks.
Combined Treatment Session
Approximately 60–90 minutes per area. Ultrasonic cavitation disrupts fat cells, vacuum massage drains metabolic waste, and RF tightening addresses surface-level dimpling.
Progress Tracking
Measurements and photographs track improvements in skin texture, circumference, and firmness after every four-session block.
Best suited for clients who are generally near their target weight and have mild-to-moderate cellulite with reasonable skin elasticity. Very firm cellulite on loose skin may show partial improvement and would benefit from additional RF-only sessions at the end of each course.
Aftercare & Safety Note
Before and after your Cellulite
Aftercare Instructions
- Drink at least two litres of water daily during your treatment course to support lymphatic clearance.
- Light walking or swimming enhances circulation and extends the draining effects of vacuum massage.
- Maintain a stable, balanced diet — significant calorie surplus between sessions can offset progress.
- A light dry-brush or massage at home on non-clinic days supports drainage.
Safety Notes
- Ultrasonic cavitation is contraindicated in pregnancy and for those with pacemakers.
- Side effects are minimal — mild redness from RF energy typically resolves within a few hours.
FAQs
Frequently asked questions
A standard course is six weekly sessions per treatment area. Additional sessions can be booked if results plateau before you reach your goal.
Cellulite tends to return if weight fluctuates significantly or if lifestyle factors (hydration, activity, nutrition) change. Maintenance sessions every 2–4 months help sustain improvements.
